About OC Electric & Solar
A locally owned electrical and solar contractor serving Huntington Beach and all of Orange County.
Meet Lucian and the Team
OC Electric & Solar Inc is a locally owned electrical and solar contracting company based in Huntington Beach, California. The company is founded and led by owner-operator Lucian, a licensed California contractor who personally oversees every project — from the first estimate to the final inspection.
We do residential, commercial, and solar work across Orange County. That includes everything from replacing a single outlet to upgrading a 200-amp service panel, installing a full rooftop solar system with battery backup, and wiring a Level 2 EV charger in your garage. Whatever the job, the same licensed crew handles it from start to finish.
Our approach is simple: do clean, code-compliant work, charge honest prices, and treat every home like it is our own. We are not a national franchise or a solar-only sales company. We are your neighbors — and we are here when you need us.

Built on Trust, Not Volume
We would rather do one job right than ten jobs fast. Here is what that means for you.
Code-Compliant Work
Every installation meets NEC and California Electrical Code standards. We pull permits and schedule inspections — so your work is legal, safe, and documented for insurance and resale.
Clean, Respectful Service
We protect your floors, keep dust down, and clean up after every job. Your home looks better when we leave than when we arrived.
Honest, Upfront Pricing
You get clear pricing before any work begins. No surprise charges, no change-order games, no upselling. You approve the scope and the cost.
Same Crew Start to Finish
The licensed electricians who start your project finish it. No subcontracted crews, no rotating faces — accountability from estimate to final inspection.
